안녕하세요, Paws & Profit입니다! 🐾

저는 골든리트리버 1마리, 셔틀랜드 쉽독(셀티) 3마리, 말티즈 2마리, 총 6마리의 반려견과 함께 살고 있는 다견 가정의 운영자 Max입니다. 대형견부터 소형견까지, 체구도 성격도 제각각인 여섯 아이들과 함께하는 매일이 정신없고 바쁘지만, 그만큼 배우는 것도 많고 행복도 두 배입니다.

우리 집 여섯 아이들 소개

골든리트리버는 저희 집의 든든한 맏형입니다. 온순하고 사람을 좋아하는 성격 덕분에 다른 강아지들과도 잘 어울리지만, 대형견 특유의 관절 건강과 체중 관리에 항상 신경을 쓰고 있습니다. 셀티 세 마리는 중형견답게 활동량이 왕성하고 영리합니다. 훈련 흡수력이 좋아서 다양한 훈련을 시도해보는 재미가 있지만, 피모 관리와 운동량 조절이 늘 숙제입니다. 말티즈 두 마리는 작은 몸집에 엄청난 존재감을 자랑합니다. 소형견 특유의 슬개골 문제와 눈물 자국 관리에 특히 신경 쓰며 키우고 있습니다.

이 블로그를 시작한 이유

6마리를 키우다 보니 자연스럽게 반려견 건강, 영양, 훈련에 대한 정보를 끊임없이 찾게 됐습니다. 그런데 막상 검색해보면 단순히 복사·붙여넣기된 정보들이 많고, 실제로 여러 마리를 함께 키우는 다견 가정의 현실적인 경험담은 찾기가 어렵더라고요. 그래서 직접 6마리를 키우며 몸으로 배운 노하우, 실패담, 그리고 찾고 또 찾아 정리한 정보들을 기록하기로 했습니다. 이 블로그의 모든 내용은 실제 저희 집 아이들을 키우며 겪은 경험을 바탕으로 작성됩니다.

블로그에서 다루는 내용

Meet Our Six Dogs

Our Golden Retriever is the big brother of the pack — gentle, sociable, but always requiring careful attention to joint health and weight management. The three Shelties are energetic and highly intelligent, always up for training challenges but demanding in terms of exercise and coat care. Our two Malteses may be small, but they have enormous personalities. We pay special attention to their patellar luxation risks and tear stain management.

Why This Blog?

Raising 6 dogs means constantly searching for reliable information on health, nutrition, and training. Yet most online content is generic or simply copied from other sources — there's very little written from the perspective of someone actually living the multi-dog life. This blog documents real experiences, practical tips, and hard-earned knowledge from our daily life with six dogs.

What We Cover

We share content on dog health care (joint health, dental care, ear care, bathing, pet insurance), nutrition and food (cost-saving strategies, breed-specific nutrition, how to read ingredient labels), and digital income (blogging, YouTube, and online business tips for pet content creators).
